BODY CONDITIONING

Body Conditioning is a class that comprises of training individual muscles with the use of hand weights, resistance bands and your own body weight.

Women of all ages can benefit immensely from resistance training. You wont become a female version of Arnold! but will shape, tone and define your whole body. The more lean muscle your body has the more calories it will burn at rest.

This is a very popular class for all abilities which will make you look good and feel great!

Every Monday 7-8pm @ Mappleborough Green Village Hall, Studley
